  Really rude!
  I called here looking to see if they happened to have a scale for weighing trucks because the nearest one I could find in google was an hour away. As soon as I asked I heard "Rose" sat the phone down and could hear talking about the phone in the background. A couple of seconds later the phone was hung up. I called back a minute later thinking they meant to put it on hold and accidentally hung it up. As soon as I asked again she immediately hung up again.
  
  All she had to do was say no. I'm completely baffled by the whole situation.
